TAILGATE LOCATION

We offer an attractive and organized tent layout and site plan that helps guests easily find their tailgate location. To create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere that encourages human interaction, we consult with a professional community planner on the layout of each location. All of our guests receive a site-specific map that indicates their tailgate location for either a single game or the full season.

FAQ

Where is the REVELxp site located?

Vandyville is located on Natchez Trace Way.

What are the access times of the site?

Vandyville will open 4 hours prior to kickoff for each home game. Vandyville will close at the conclusion of Half-Time and Commodore Lawn will close (1) one hour after the conclusion of the game or midnight (whichever comes first).

Where are the bathrooms located?

Vandyville has portable restrooms in the main parking lots right next to Natchez Trace.

Can we bring a grill?

Yes, grills and other devices used to cook food are permitted, so long as the following stipulations are followed: 1.) Grills shall not be used beneath a tent or similar structure and 2.) Grills shall only be used on level ground. **Fire pits are NOT allowed on any tailgating sites.**

Is there a power source at my tailgate?

No, there is not a source of power at the tailgates unless a generator is reserved with a media package. REVELxp’s generators can be used for permissible equipment only. These items can be found in your user agreement - no climate control units, heating elements, or high powered speakers may be used.

Can I leave my items at the tent during the game?

Only at Commodore Lawn will you be able to leave items in your tent during the game as Vandyville closes at Half-Time. We will monitor the area during the game; however, REVELxp is not responsible for any items left behind or misplaced.

How does catering work?

All guests are welcome to use one of the preferred vendors, an outside vendor, or bring their own food. REVELxp is only able to coordinate food delivery for the preferred vendors. All of the options can be seen under the catering tab of the website. All orders can be placed online, and are due by the end of the day the Tuesday before the game.

Where is drop-off for bellhop service?

The primary drop-off point for Bellhop Service at Vandyville is located at the corner of Natchez Trace and Children’s Way. A secondary drop-off point exclusively for Vandyville is located at the corner of Jess Neely Drive and Children’s Way. Drop-off times will be communicated via email the week of the game.

When is payment due?

Payment is due upon booking for individual game reservations. Full season guests have the option to pay a 50% deposit upon booking, 25% on April 1 and the final 25% due on June 1.

When is the last day that I can add supplemental items?

All supplemental items, media packages, and catering orders must be received by the end of the business day on Tuesday the week of the game (for Saturday games).  Orders placed after this time will not be delivered or provided past said date.  All supplemental items are subject to availability and are issued on a first come first serve basis.

Can I move my RXP supplied media package?

Tents and media package equipment should only be moved or relocated by a REVELxp staff member.

Can I use a RXP supplied power source for items I bring?

Any items that contain heating elements including but not limited to, crockpots, griddles, coffee makers, electric grills, heaters, hotplates, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, toasters, and any others not mentioned, will not be powered by any REVELxp generator.  Failure to comply may result in suspension of the aforementioned media package and a fine up to the amount of the generator value.

Will REVELxp clean up my tailgate after I leave?

For your convenience, we provide cleanup services following each game. REVELxp reserves the right to levy a fine if the trash exceeds reasonable amounts after the guest has left on game day.
