Propane gas and charcoal grills with covers are permitted, provided, however, that the operator of any grill is responsible for its safe operation as well as for the proper cleanup of any ashes. Hot coals may not be placed on the ground and ashes may not be left or dumped on campus property. Depending on environmental and fire risk conditions, the University may prohibit all grilling. Each tailgate space is expected to dispose of their own trash and recyclables using the existing waste disposal and recycling units provided for by the University. This includes empty fuel containers. Charcoal must be disposed of properly. Please do not place charcoal or other flammables in trashcans, under trees or leave it in the parking areas. Live music, disc jockeys and excessive amplified sound are not permitted within the Site. Banners and signage recognizing businesses, political candidates or any other form of solicitation on the Site our surrounding areas are prohibited. Signage produced by REVELxp and approved by the University, identifying each tent will be permitted at the entrance of each tent. Use of any Property utilities is prohibited. Non-Property golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, mopeds, scooters, ATVs, go karts and the like are not allowed. The Clean Air on Campus Act prohibits smoking, as well as the use of electronic cigarettes, on the University of Arkansas campus. University policy further prohibits the use of all tobacco products on campus. The University reserves the right to implement additional rules and regulation in its sole discretion regarding the use of the Site and surrounding areas as the need arises. You are responsible for conveying all rules and regulations to all attendees and guests at your tailgate and assume responsibility for actions taken by attendees and guests at your tailgate.
