We will set up and maintain equipment owned and provided by REVELxp. You are welcome to bring and personally set up your own permitted equipment that does not exceed the allocated space for the reserved tailgate spot. REVELxp does not permit extra tents, deep fryers, pull-behind smokers/grills, open flames or loud generators.

Payment is due upon booking for all reservations for the fall of 2023.

Maps will be emailed, showing load zones for each tailgate location as there are guidelines in place to help assist with the unloading, loading and vendor drop-off process. While in the designated Load Zones, items MUST be unloaded in said zones. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cars are not allowed to drive on grass or sidewalks. Signage is on site at the designated areas. ALL sites will have restricted areas as to where they can and cannot unload items.

Tailgaters may start bringing items to your tent as early as 6:00 a.m. on gameday. At 4 hours prior to kick off the stadium security perimeter goes into effect. All items must be to your tent at that time. Please make sure you are parked in your designated parking lot by this time. Driving within the perimeter is restricted to those with a parking lot hangtag. Maps will be confirmed at a later date. Load-out time begins immediately following the game as traffic flow permits.

Corporate logo tents and signage is not allowed. You are able to hang a sign showcasing your ‘tailgate party’ name and all signs must be in good taste. No soliciting or political activity is allowed on U of A campus, including handing out commercial or political promotional materials of any kind. University marks, logos or indicia of intellectual property are not to be used in conjunction with a corporation’s logo without prior approval from the university.

All sales are final. In the event of game postponements or cancelations, then 100% of payments made will be credited through the calendar year of which the game was to take place or to the rescheduled date of the game/opponent booked.

Yes, live music and excessive amplified sound are not permitted on RevelXP’s site.

For your convenience, we provide cleanup services following each game. REVELxp reserves the right to levy a fine if the trash exceeds reasonable amounts after the guest has left on game day.

If they play we stay. If severe weather conditions were to set in and REVELxp is forced to cancel, all packages will receive a credit equal to half of the package balance paid towards a future game.

No, a TV package can be reserved for a full season or individual game. However, there are a limited number of Media Packages available for each game and are subject to sell out.

All supplemental items, media packages, and catering orders must be received by the end of the business day on Tuesday the week of the game (for Saturday games).  Orders placed after this time will not be delivered or provided past said date.  All supplemental items are subject to availability and are issued on a first come first serve basis.

Tents and media package equipment should only be moved or relocated by a REVELxp staff member.

Any items that contain heating elements including but not limited to, crockpots, griddles, coffee makers, electric grills, heaters, hotplates, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, toasters, and any others not mentioned, will not be powered by any REVELxp generator.  Failure to comply may result in suspension of the aforementioned media package and a fine up to the amount of the generator value. If you have additional power needs for the items listed, you may contact our REVELxp team to reserve it as a supplemental item.

Propane gas and charcoal grills with covers are permitted, provided, however, that the operator of any grill is responsible for its safe operation as well as for the proper cleanup of any ashes. Hot coals may not be placed on the ground and ashes may not be left or dumped on campus property. Depending on environmental and fire risk conditions, the University may prohibit all grilling. Each tailgate space is expected to dispose of their own trash and recyclables using the existing waste disposal and recycling units provided for by the University. This includes empty fuel containers. Charcoal must be disposed of properly. Please do not place charcoal or other flammables in trashcans, under trees or leave it in the parking areas. Live music, disc jockeys and excessive amplified sound are not permitted within the Site. Banners and signage recognizing businesses, political candidates or any other form of solicitation on the Site our surrounding areas are prohibited. Signage produced by REVELxp and approved by the University, identifying each tent will be permitted at the entrance of each tent. Use of any Property utilities is prohibited. Non-Property golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, mopeds, scooters, ATVs, go karts and the like are not allowed. The Clean Air on Campus Act prohibits smoking, as well as the use of electronic cigarettes, on the University of Arkansas campus. University policy further prohibits the use of all tobacco products on campus. The University reserves the right to implement additional rules and regulation in its sole discretion regarding the use of the Site and surrounding areas as the need arises. You are responsible for conveying all rules and regulations to all attendees and guests at your tailgate and assume responsibility for actions taken by attendees and guests at your tailgate.
